近日，网传我院妇二科“网络直播手术暴露患者隐私”（此前报道），引发关注。我院立即组建专项调查组，对网友关注的问题进行核查，现将有关情况说明如下。

经核查，我院妇二科每周一开展例行教学培训，培训对象为妇产专业医务人员。2026年2月2日（周一）18时在其科室微信视频号进行直播教学，教学内容为压力性尿失禁（SUI）手术治疗及并发症处理，教学期间展示了手术操作PPT并间断播放“经尿道中段无张力悬吊术”教学视频约4分钟。该教学视频中出现女性患者局部隐私部位，无可识别个人身份信息。教学过程中授课人员发现网友异常评论后立即中断直播。

医院妇二科在组织医疗业务学习时，将内部教学视频错误使用公众平台进行网络直播学习，反映出医护人员网络素养的缺失和短板，也暴露出医院对科室学习管理工作存在漏洞和过失。事情发生后，医院立即关闭相关直播链接，同步在全院深入开展教学内容及平台渠道排查，全力消除不良影响，杜绝问题再次发生。

经医院党委研究决定，对妇二科负责人给予严重警告处分并停职检查；对负责审核的医务部有关责任人给予警告处分；对相关院领导已报上级党委进一步处理。

针对此次问题，我们深感愧疚和歉意！我院将汲取教训、深刻反思、举一反三，全面加强内部管理和教育培训，切实提升医护人员网络素养，恪守职业道德准则，为广大患者提供更加优质的医疗服务，同时我们也诚恳接受社会各界的批评与监督。
