网传截图显示，12月14日，王楚钦没有参加乒超联赛，而是去了长沙某医院看病，让人气愤的是医生不仅现场要求签名照和签名球拍，事后还曝光了王楚钦的隐私，包括心电图等。

21日，据潮新闻报道，涉事医院总值班室工作人员回应此事称，医院已经对此事依法依规进行了处理，对此事造成的不良影响表示歉意。

此前，涉事医院一工作人员表示，全院对此事非常重视，已积极处理调查，后续会出官方通报。针对网传信息是否对涉事医护扣除奖金，该工作人员给予了肯定答复。

据悉，2024赛季乒超联赛第一阶段比赛于2024年12月12日至16日在湖南长沙中南大学体育馆进行。

在12月14日的比赛中，王楚钦选择了轮休，并未出现在赛场上‌。

12月15日，王楚钦疑似身体不舒服，相关词条登上热搜。视频显示，王楚钦双手捂住腹部，弯腰缓了半天。

17日，王楚钦在个人社媒晒出多张此次乒超联赛赛场照片，并发文总结。

他称最近的生活很充实圆满并温暖，一路走来要感谢很多人，也希望有好的表现回报大家。

王楚钦还表示，自己近期将调整身心，“最近的生活要按下暂停键了，请期待我的满血归来！”

律师谈“王楚钦看病被曝光隐私”

针对此事件，中新网记者采访了北京宜度律师事务所律师杨晨律师。

他表示，首先需要承担民事侵权责任，《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千二百二十六条明确规定，“医疗机构及其医务人员应当对患者的隐私和个人信息保密。泄露患者的隐私和个人信息，或者未经患者同意公开其病历资料的，应当承担侵权责任。”

其次，可能会承担行政责任。《治安管理处罚法》第四十二条规定，有偷窥、偷拍、窃听、散布他人隐私的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款；情节较重的，处五日以上十日以下拘留，可以并处五百元以下罚款。

最后，也可能涉及到刑事责任。比如，散布病人私密部位照片等身体隐私，可能构成传播淫秽物品罪；散布的病人隐私中包含个人的身份信息等隐私，达到一定数量，则可能构成侵犯公民个人信息罪。如果联合他人泄露上市公司实际控制人的病情以操纵上市公司股价，则可能构成操纵证券罪。如果个别国家领导人的病情属于国家秘密，泄露类似信息，则可能构成为故意或者过失泄露国家秘密罪。
