为防止丈夫的出现再次刺激女子，民警果断将其拦下，并引导他换位思考。随后，民警从法、理、情多角度出发，耐心倾听女子的委屈，并对双方进行现场调解。最终，夫妻二人均认识到自身存在的问题，解开心结，重归于好。

初春的海水冰冷刺骨，但民警在寒风中的三个小时坚守，不仅挽救了一条生命，更让一个濒临破碎的家庭重新迎来温暖。
